From the outset, all staff were friendly, helpful and very focused on our business. Once the property had been cleared by ourselves, an excellent set of photographs were taken to show the best elements of the property. The marketing in terms of highlighting its advantages for prospective buyers was focused and interesting.
All advice given was honest and in our best interests. All communications were handled promptly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to friends.

The recent purchase of our apartment was not as straightforward as we had hoped, through no fault of Caplens who did everything they could to get the transaction completed.
